Tsavorite
The stunning green tsavorite gem is also known as a green grossular garnet. With a high refractive index, the garnet's sparkling brilliance is coveted for jewelry pieces such as rings, earrings, necklaces and brooches. Tsavorite is said to enhance spiritual awareness, encourage telepathic abilities and facilitate meditation. Like all garnets, tsavorite legend and lore gives the gemstone medicinal properties, such as the ability to treat infectious diseases, rid the blood of poison and assist in the treatment of heart and lung diseases. Tsavorite gemstones larger than two carats are a rare find and make a bold statement with their luminosity.
